  • Why place an order over the phone?
    We are not currently accepting online payments to keep the shopping experience as personal as possible. By calling the experts at Jeff's Vacuum, we can ensure you get the right machine for your needs while offering additional discounts and promotions. We will be accepting online payments in the future. Thank you for your patience!
  • What does my annual service/cleaning cover?
    When purchasing a Sebo or Miele with Jeff's Vacuum, your yearly service covers: - power nozzle cleaning - floor brush cleaning - hose & wand cleaning - all tool cleaning - full machine clean (unclogging, removing compacted dust) Frequent service will dramatically extend the life of your vacuum!
  • How long does a service or repair take?
    We offer a 24 hour turn around on most vacuum repairs and service.
  • What are your repair costs?
    We will repair your Sebo or Miele for FREE when purchased with us! For other vacuum brands, our repairs start at $39.95. We will provide you with an exact price estimate within 24 hours of your inquiry that includes parts, labor, & tax. No hidden fees! We will provide a full price breakdown for all repairs and services.
  • Can you order special parts for my vacuum?
    Yes! If we do not carry the part you need, we will gladly make a special order that is the right fit for your machine- at no extra charge! Simply provide the make and model # of your vacuum and the parts needed, and Jeff will provide a prompt estimate for you. Special orders typically take 2 business days. We can also ship a special part directly to you, no shop visit needed!
  • Do I need an appointment to get service?
    No appointment necessary! Drop off your vacuum at the shop anytime within our work hours. (mon-thur: 8am-5pm) We are also offering no contact service and curbside pickup .
  • Is there any vacuum you cannot service?
    We do not service Dyson, Shark, Kenmore or any battery powered vacuums. Feel free to give Jeff a call to check to see if your current vacuum qualifies for service!
