Jeff is a stand up guy. My vacuum was malfunctioning and I reported it to him and he was on it immediately. He got in contact with the manufacturer and got down to the bottom of it. It turns out it was a rare defect in one of the parts and Jeff had me come by that same day to rectify the problem and had it working again! For my “troubles”... it was no trouble at all... he gave me free vacuum bags and gas money for having to bring it in for a repair so shortly after purchasing it. I was just happy to have it back to working order at no cost to me on the same day it began malfunctioning. Highly recommend.”

Jeff’s vacuum has great customer service and high performance appliances. I have a Sebo and I am in LOVE with it! it effortlessly glides over all surfaces and swivels and pivots to get into all the hard to reach areas all in one fluid motion. It amazes me how after vacuuming it looks like we have a pet free home.

I bought a Miele a few years ago from Jeff and I LOVE IT! i use it at my business and have many customers that ask if the vacuum is an industrial grade vacuum. It is not! But it sure works like one. I love it so much I bought another one to have at home! Thank you, Jeff for a great product and for the great service behind it!
